PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) and I-PRF (Injectable Platelet Rich Fibrin) are blood derived autologous materials obtained from the patient's own blood. These are platelet concentrates containing a number of factors accelerating andiogenesis, i.e. the formation of new blood vessels and the construction of new cells.
Platelet-rich fibrin is a revolution in regenerative cosmetology! Fibrin treatment is an autogenous matrix that stimulates the healing and growth of soft tissues. The leukocytes contained in it, in particular monocytes and granulocytes, play a key role in the process of creating new blood vessels. Platelet-rich fibrin injected into the tissues gradually coagulates to form a specific gel - a completely natural material that produces a filling effect.
Fibrin is an autogenous, biocompatible membrane that stimulates the healing and growth of soft tissues, eliminating the risk of an allergic reaction. It is rich in mesenchymal stem cells, leukocytes, platelets secreting vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and other growth factors that accelerate angiogenesis, the formation of fibroblasts and osteoblasts (growth of soft tissues and bones), accelerate the healing process, reduce inflammation and pain. These factors are released for approximately 7 days after application.
Fibrin injected into soft tissues slowly coagulates creating a natural, three-dimensional network on which repair processes take place. Platelets suspended on fibrin fibers slowly release growth factors. Thanks to the slow release of growth factors, we obtain stronger effects that stimulate regeneration. Why? - because initially the skin cells that we want to stimulate do not have receptors for growth factors. Only under the influence of growth factors do they begin to produce them. The effect is the stimulation of biological regeneration of tissues, especially in the place of their damage or defects. In this way, growth factors stimulate fibroblasts to produce collagen, which gives a "lifting" effect at the injection site.
Platelet-rich plasma PRP
Platelet Rich Plasma is a blood product which is a concentrate of platelets suspended in a small volume of plasma. It contains concentrated growth factors that support the processes of creating new blood vessels, stimulate fibroblasts to produce collagen and activate stem cells. It is obtained in the process of centrifugation of blood taken from the patient's vein immediately before the procedure.
It is the method of obtaining the material that determines the excellent results of the treatment. Biocompatibility, i.e. tissue compatibility, reduces the risk of an allergic reaction or low bioavailability, which may occur in the case of treatment with a synthetic cocktail of medicinal substances.
PRP technology has been used by doctors of many specialties for years, incl. in orthopedics and dentistry to treat injuries of muscles, tendons and ligaments, joint diseases, bone fractures and inflammations, and to accelerate the healing of soft tissues. Recent years have also brought a number of new applications in aesthetic medicine and dermatology. The procedure is known as "vampire facelift".

The course of the procedure
The procedure involves collecting venous blood from the patient through a special blood collection kit. The test tubes with blood are placed in a special laboratory centrifuge and centrifuged at an appropriate speed and for a specified time. Platelets are separated from the rest of the components, then concentrated and suspended in the blood plasma. Then, the concentrate with platelet-rich plasma is drawn into a syringe and injected into the skin using a needle mesotherapy technique intradermally or linearly along wrinkles and skin folds.
Effects of the treatment
Treatments with PRP and I-PRF are used to rejuvenate and regenerate the skin naturally. As a result, it becomes better supplied with blood and moisturized, visibly younger, and the face becomes radiant. The effects of skin biostimulation with plasma and platelet-rich fibrin are visible after the first treatment (about 2-3 weeks after the treatment)

The program of comprehensive revitalization is optimal, in which, during one visit, the skin of the face, neck, hands and décolleté is injected, as well as the scalp to strengthen the hair. Such treatments are usually repeated twice a year. The number of treatments in a series depends on the initial condition of the skin and the patient's age, usually 3 treatments.
The amount and quality of the obtained preparation depends, among other things, on the hydration level of the body at the time of blood collection, therefore, for several days before the procedure, you should drink a lot, at least 2 liters of fluid a day. It is also advisable to refrain from taking non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, such as Pyralgina, Ibuprofen, Ketonal, for 7 days before the procedure. For example, paracetamol is acceptable.
