Platelet Rich Plasma

Platelet Rich Plasma(PRP) - Improving skin tension, regeneration and visual reduction of scars, stretch marks, wrinkles, hyperpigmentation

The plasma (PRP) treatment is intended for everyone , especially patients looking for natural products or allergic to other preparations. Made from the patient's own blood. Contains natural growth factors. It stimulates stem cells to multiply and fibroblasts to produce new collagen, which is to lead to deep skin renewal, its hydration and rejuvenation.

Autologous fibrin(I-PRF) is a separate treatment using the patient's own blood.
Fibrin is an autogenous, biocompatible membrane that stimulates the healing and growth of soft tissues, eliminating the risk of an allergic reaction. It is rich in mesenchymal stem cells, leukocytes, platelets secreting vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and other growth factors that accelerate angiogenesis, the formation of fibroblasts and osteoblasts (growth of soft tissues and bones), accelerate the healing process, reduce inflammation and pain. These factors are released for approximately 7 days after application.

Fibrin injected into soft tissues slowly coagulates, creating a natural, three-dimensional network on which repair processes take place. Platelets suspended on fibrin fibers slowly release growth factors. The slow release of growth factors, obtain stronger regenerative stimulating effects. Why? - because initially the skin cells that we want to stimulate do not have receptors for growth factors. Only under the influence of growth factors do they begin to produce them. The effect is the stimulation of biological regeneration of tissues, especially in the place of their damage or defects. In this way, growth factors stimulate fibroblasts to produce collagen, which gives a "lifting" effect at the injection site, lasting about 2 years. Fibrin can be used as a natural "filler" (instead of hyaluronic acid ) to remove wrinkles.

  • The treatment with plasma and fibrin ensures long-lasting effects (longer than with traditional fillers or mesotherapy preparations).
  • A completely natural preparation, compatible with the patient's body, therefore it does not cause intolerance, allergy or other immunological reactions.
  • Both the treatment with platelet-rich plasma and autologous fibrin can be performed during one visit.
  • The effects of the treatment with the use of platelet-rich plasma and fibrin
The combination of these two specially crafted materials (plasma + fibrin) increases the potency of both factors, which ensures stronger and long-lasting effects of therapy, such as:
♦️Deep skin regeneration (improvement of color, hydration, skin tension)
♦️Wrinkle reduction
♦️Prophylaxis and treatment of alopecia
♦️Treatment of difficult-to-heal wounds
♦️volumetric regeneration of cavities and deep furrows
♦️intensive regeneration of the skin of the hands, face and neck
♦️regeneration of the eye area

2 weeks before the procedure, please:
♦️Drink 2 - 2.5 liters of fluids / day
♦️Don't drink alcohol
♦️Reduce the amount of sugar in your diet
♦️Do not eat TRANS fats( fast foods )
♦️Increase your body's alkalinity by consuming more vegetables
♦️Take vitamin C and also spirulina

Such a procedure will increase the amount of circulating blood, as a result, the amount of fibrin and the effectiveness of the treatment!
5 days before the procedure, you should stop taking aspirin and other medications that affect blood clotting and Gingko biloba preparations:
ANTICOAGULANTS: acenocoumarol, warfarin, fenindione, heparin and heparin-like drugs, direct thrombin inhibitors (dabigatran, bivalirudin, hirudin, argatroban), factor Xa inhibitors: rivaroxaban, apixaban, endoxaban.
NSAIDs: acetylsalicylic acid, ketoprofen, dioclofenac, naproxen, indomethacin, ibuprofen, piroxicam

After the treatment :
♦️Swelling at the injection site may persist for several hours
♦️Possible bruises
♦️On the day of the procedure, the sauna, solarium and heavy physical exertion should be avoided
♦️The effect, in the case of plasma, is visible incrementally over time and lasts for several months.
♦️In the case of autologous fibrin, visible immediately after the procedure, it lasts up to 2 years

How many treatments should be performed to obtain the desired effect?
Usually 3 treatments at monthly intervals. The first noticeable effects appear after about two weeks. The tiles contain the so-called growth factors - mediators that stimulate our own cells. They stimulate them to secrete collagen and elastin, and thus rejuvenate. Treatments with stem cells and regenerating cells work both on the skin and subcutaneous tissue. The administration of stem cells improves skin elasticity and tension, giving us the effect of a facelift. By rebuilding the subcutaneous tissue, we rebuild the scaffolding for the skin. The skin thickens, its care becomes easier, cosmetics are absorbed more easily, which the effect of their use is more visible. Stem cells and regenerating cells stimulate the formation of new blood vessels, thus improving blood circulation and blood supply to the skin. On the one hand, with the blood, the cells are supplied with nutrients, and "on the way back" metabolic products are taken, ie the skin is better nourished, oxygenated and cleansed. As a result, it is comprehensively rejuvenated.

How long do regenerative treatments last?
This is not a good question for these treatments. This is not a filler that will absorb, or a botox that will stop working. We rejuvenate the tissue, be it cartilage, subcutaneous tissue, or the skin itself. We turn back time. If a person aged 45 comes to me, I have a good chance of restoring their tissue condition, which they had at the age of 37. The aging process will continue, but the patient will always look younger than if he had not had these treatments. Besides, the treatment can always be repeated and keep youth for a long time.

What is the difference between treatments with platelet-rich plasma and stem cells?
Difference in quality, price and effects that we can obtain after them. It is mainly related to the factor and mechanism of action. In the case of platelet-rich plasma, the factor is platelets, which have a stimulating effect in the area of the tissue to which it was administered. In the case of the preparation of stem cells and regenerating cells, the factor is the cells that are characterized by a strong regenerating and rebuilding effect of tissues. It is worth emphasizing the fact that plasma is a cell-free preparation. The procedure for which we use platelet-rich plasma is cheaper, because it is easier to obtain material for its implementation. However, it should be repeated from time to time for its effects to last.
